TL;DR

Lead Revenue Operations (Healthcare Tech): Architecture, execution, and optimization of end-to-end go-to-market processes with an accent on scalability, predictability, and efficiency. Focus on managing revenue tooling, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

What you will do

  • Design and own end-to-end GTM processes from lead generation through close and expansion.
  • Define revenue intelligence markers, deal health signals, and pipeline quality standards.
  • Own the administration and adoption of sales tools including Salesforce, Domo, Groove, Salesloft, and Clari.
  • Manage the revenue forecasting process and develop GTM reporting dashboards to monitor productivity and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Sales and CS leadership to streamline workflows and eliminate recurring operational issues.
  • Prepare recurring leadership communications including QBRs and executive updates.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Operations Leadership.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding specific states listed in the posting).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or global equivalent.
  • Proven leadership experience in cross-functional influence within a matrixed organization.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or global equivalent.
  • PMP certification.
