Location: Hybrid (Mountain View, CA). Must work from the office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

Salary: $160k–$180k + equity

What you will do

• Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Build and refine complex financial operating models for performance projection and scenario analysis.
• Analyze financial results and KPIs to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align business objectives with broader financial goals and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality materials and narratives for quarterly Board and investor reporting.
• Continuously enhance financial processes to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of strategic finance or FP&A experience at a growth-stage company.
• 2+ years of experience in a private equity or venture capital firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations.
