Salary: $105,100 - $112,500

What you will do
- Manage SDR teams on activity metrics, performance, and accountability via weekly 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Coach SDRs on outbound best practices, including cold calling, sequencing, and messaging.
- Monitor lead processes and catalyze pipeline creation across assigned teams.
- Act as a floating manager, covering team gaps for 1-6 months and ensuring operational continuity.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new SDR members to support organizational growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic GTM initiatives and operational KPIs.
Requirements
- Direct experience as an SDR/BDR with team lead or management experience.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a closing Account Executive (AE) role.
- Proven track record in outbound cold-calling and pipeline generation.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of sales management experience.
- Experience with outbound tools such as Nooks, Salesloft, or Gong.
