What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to understand customer business challenges and proactively address their evolving needs.
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing ones through successful renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling D&B solutions.
  • Map product capabilities to specific customer needs and create a customer-specific buying vision.
  • Contribute to account-specific strategies by identifying needs through meetings with key influencers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product development teams by conveying customer feedback to inform product innovation.
  • Maintain accurate data in SFDC to support territory planning, account management, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Master's preferred).
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in selling and upselling solutions with a proven track record of revenue growth.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex sales and multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.
