Salary: $200,000 - $260,000

What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for critical onboarding components, prioritizing scalable solutions that increase developer efficiency.
• Lead the evolution of onboarding and compliance capabilities, driving both incremental enhancements and long-term platform transformation.
• Partner with compliance, legal, risk, and engineering teams to balance regulatory rigor with seamless customer experiences.
• Identify and resolve process gaps and bottlenecks that impact onboarding speed and compliance outcomes.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear product requirements and user stories for engineering execution.
• Represent platform priorities in senior forums and engage with regulators, auditors, and examiners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale compliance, onboarding, or risk platforms in fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping and generating product mocks to accelerate development.
• Proven track record implementing KYB, KYC, and AML technologies to meet global regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in designing scalable compliance workflows and onboarding systems.
• Strong leadership ability to influence executives and align cross-functional teams on product direction.
• Must be based in the US and authorized to work there (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Background in RegTech, banking, or scaled fintech with exposure to complex regulatory environments.
• Executive presence for external representation with regulators and industry stakeholders.
