What you will do
- Define and drive long-term product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Own the product roadmap, balancing new innovation with platform scalability and iterative improvements.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams.
- Oversee product execution from discovery through launch to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Build and scale an experimentation culture using A/B testing and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Develop and coach a team of product managers, fostering accountability and high performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in top-tier technology or internet companies.
- 2+ years of experience managing and developing product managers in high-growth environments.
- Proven success in owning products with measurable impact on growth, retention, or revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and interpret data.
- Strong technical and design fluency for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Must be based in the United States.
