What you will do

• Oversee product execution from discovery through launch to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Build and scale an experimentation culture using A/B testing and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Develop and coach a team of product managers, fostering accountability and high performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in top-tier technology or internet companies.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing product managers in high-growth environments.
• Proven success in owning products with measurable impact on growth, retention, or revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and interpret data.
• Strong technical and design fluency for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in the United States.
