What you will do

• Own and lead major product domains and strategic initiatives across the structured investments platform.
• Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and alignment between engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from conception and launch to iteration and operational scaling.
• Mentor and develop product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
• Partner with engineering leadership to ensure platform scalability and effective prioritization.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, analysis, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 9+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, wealth management, or capital markets.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling complex product domains in high-growth or ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing and developing other product managers.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to partner closely with engineering organizations.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Postman.
• Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid office attendance.
