Salary: $95,800 – $124,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for predictive analytics and AI assistant solutions.
• Develop annual strategic plans, budgets, and forecasting models to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product differentiation.
• Lead product commercialization, including pricing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market planning.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product messaging and promotional campaigns.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to validate product concepts through research, pilots, and feedback loops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or technical product roles.
• At least 2+ years of direct product management experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of predictive analytics, AI solutions, or data-driven products.
• Experience working with financial services, credit unions, or core processing environments.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, or APIs.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning.
