Salary: $177,000 - $200,000 (Base), OTE $354,000 – $400,000

What you will do

• Drive near-term and long-term growth for hirify.global within the DoD.
• Lead customer engagement, pipeline development, and capture efforts for DoW/IC.
• Develop and synthesize cohesive, executable strategies for target organizations.
• Lead proposals and RFI responses, including developing win themes and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, and Finance to manage opportunities.
• Provide customer feedback to influence the product technology roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in aerospace/defense, with 5+ years in Business Development.
• Demonstrated success capturing space business within the DoW/IC.
• Active DoW TS clearance required.
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Previous Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility.
• Experience with remote sensing satellite development or mission operations.
• Understanding of systems engineering processes and architectures.
