What you will do

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the federal health sector using account planning and relationship management.
• Manage the capture process from inception to proposal submission to deliver compliant and compelling bid packages.
• Lead solutioning sessions with technical architects and SMEs to define win themes and response outlines.
• Spearhead strategic partnerships and workshare agreements to align with corporate objectives.
• Act as a bridge between proposals, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Conduct competitive analysis and research on emerging health sector trends to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of strategic capture and business development experience in the federal health sector.
• Direct experience supporting CDC opportunities; experience with NIH or CMS is preferred.
• Proven track record of winning competitive bids averaging $50M TCV.
• Current or ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
• Strong ability to position technical capabilities to align with federal health agency requirements.
