Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

is a space and data analytics company building an Earth observation constellation and software platform to unlock the power of thermal infrared imagery.
What you will do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities independently across SAM.gov, GovWin, and via direct customer engagement.
- Build and manage a robust pursuit pipeline, lead bid/no-bid assessments, and track probability-of-win (Pwin).
- Engage federal agency program offices and stakeholders pre-solicitation to shape requirements and influence RFP structures.
- Develop comprehensive capture plans, including win strategies, competitive analysis, and differentiated value propositions.
- Lead the end-to-end proposal process, writing persuasive content for technical, management, and cost/price volumes.
- Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams including engineering, science, product, and finance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in capture management or business development for U.S. government contracts (federal civilian, DoD, or IC).
- Must be a U.S. citizen as mandated by federal government contract requirements.
- Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR (22 C.F.R. § 120.62).
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-volume submissions and translate technical content into compelling narratives.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. federal procurement processes and proposal structures (e.g., Shipley methodology).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, technical writing, engineering, or policy.
Nice to have
- Experience with NASA, NOAA, NRO, NGA, DoD, USGS, USDA, or DHS solicitations.
- Familiarity with SBIR/STTR programs, OTAs, or IDIQ/GWAC vehicles (e.g., SeaPort-NxG, OASIS).
- Knowledge of Earth observation, geospatial, climate, or agriculture domains.
- Active security clearance or eligibility for clearance.
