What you will do
- Identify and capture new business opportunities within the Federal DOD sector to drive measurable revenue growth.
- Manage capture activities, including market analysis, competitor monitoring, and teaming partner assessment.
- Develop detailed account plans and actionable strategies to achieve corporate growth targets.
- Lead the development of win strategies and contribute to proposal writing and editorial reviews.
- Negotiate non-disclosure and teaming agreements using internal corporate workflows.
- Collaborate with HR to create job descriptions and oversee employee training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in a related business or technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Federal Government capture and business development in an βidentify, capture, and closeβ environment.
- Established professional relationships with the U.S. Navy and Navy Systems.
- Proven track record of qualifying and winning large-scale captures.
- Deep understanding of Federal contracting practices and gate review processes.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no sponsorship offered.

- Retired Officer or SES within the past five years from Navy, Army, Airforce, or Marines.
