What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, aligning internal teams and stakeholders on outcomes, scope, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and dependency maps.
• Manage changes to scope, timeline, and costs through clear communication and prioritization.
• Identify and mitigate risks early to ensure continuous project momentum.
• Utilize PM tools and reporting to track performance and provide transparent updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of formal project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical problem-solving strength and ability to navigate complex environments.
• Proficiency with tools such as Asana, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• Ability to take ownership of outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.

Nice to have

• PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Multilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
