TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (up to 3 days WFH), must be based in Greater London, UK

What you will do

  • Lead and support structured change planning for Salesforce and wider transformation initiatives, including impact assessment and risk management.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to transform commercial operations and drive system adoption.
  • Build stakeholder alignment through targeted communications, engagement sessions, and feedback loops.
  • Assess business readiness and coordinate role-based training and support materials for users.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and SMEs to align change activity with delivery plans and benefits realisation.

Requirements

  • Experience in business change, transformation, or project delivery.
  • Proven experience supporting Salesforce or other CRM change activity, including impact assessments and adoption.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles applied in a practical delivery context.
  • Ability to analyze business impacts and identify adoption risks to support user uptake.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Must be based in or be able to commute to Greater London for hybrid work

Nice to have

  • Experience creating training, guidance, and support materials.
  • Familiarity with Agile, project, or product delivery environments.
