What you will do

• Develop new AI products and features for platform learning experiences and content creation workflows.
• Collaborate with a small team to quickly iterate and ship new products.
• Build full-stack applications using GenAI tools to explore product ideas and technical feasibility.
• Implement GenAI building blocks including prompt engineering, RAG, finetuning, and agentic frameworks.
• Proactively research and integrate new technologies within the AI space.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and possess valid work authorization.
• Strong background in software development and scalable cloud application deployment.
• Proficiency with Python for backend development.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind for frontend.
• Knowledge of relational, noSQL, graph, and vector databases.
• Technical understanding of LLM APIs, tool calling, and RAG.

Nice to have

• Background or expertise in education or educational technology (EdTech).
• Experience in product management and user testing.
