What you will do

• Design and deploy advanced AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Develop intelligent systems for document processing, knowledge retrieval, and automated workflows.
• Utilize GenAI tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Build scalable, reliable AI applications on Azure, AWS, and Databricks.
• Experiment with foundation models, prompts, and performance optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Strong experience in AI, machine learning, or data science with hands-on exposure to production-scale solutions.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, RAG, vector search, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI libraries.
• Experience building on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, or Databricks.
• Ability to work with complex structured and unstructured data formats.
• Must be based in LATAM or the United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Experience with MCP, fine-tuning, LLM evaluation frameworks, or multimodal AI.
• Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
