What you will do

• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks and MCP servers using SDKs like Claude, Google ADK, or AWS AgentCore.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, focusing on embedding strategies, vector databases, and cost-aware ingestion.
• Fine-tune and deploy open-source deep learning models using GPU infrastructure for production use cases.
• Implement automated evaluation frameworks to assess LLM system quality and performance.
• Architect and manage high-throughput, real-time data pipelines using Kafka and scale services on AWS.
• Implement comprehensive observability via Datadog to track token usage, latency, and model performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or applied AI practitioner.
• Deep Python expertise with a track record of shipping production systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-driven applications, agentic workflows, and vector databases.
• Proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow for model development and fine-tuning.
