What you will do

• Provide leadership to multiple teams within a DHS portfolio of IT services and management consulting programs.
• Manage project and portfolio profit and loss (P&L) while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Lead the execution of overall account strategy and identify new DHS/Law Enforcement opportunities.
• Create Technology Innovation capabilities leveraging SMEs and technical personnel.
• Develop and support strategic partnerships with industry leaders to drive new business.
• Lead IT Transformation and Modernization programs.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required to support government agencies.
• Must be local to Washington, DC.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust government clearance.
• 10+ years of experience with portfolio and P&L management in the federal market.
• 5+ years of program management experience specifically in DHS and/or adjacent law enforcement agencies.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, capture management, and teaming.

Nice to have

• Master's degree from an accredited college.
• Professional (PMP) certification.
