TL;DR

Requirements Manager & Department Program Manager (GovTech): Leading and overseeing IT program tasks supporting enterprise architecture and requirements analysis for US Air Force training environments with an accent on risk management frameworks (RMF) and LVC training solutions. Focus on translating warfighter capability needs into actionable requirements and managing high-level contract deliverables.

Location: Remote (USA). Note: Occasional in-person visits to Booz Allen or customer facilities may be required.

Salary: $99,000 – $225,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead contract tasks and deliverables for enterprise architecture, requirements analysis, and knowledge management.
  • Manage resources, track budgets, and develop spend plan projections.
  • Coordinate collaboration between contractors, government agencies, and external organizations.
  • Standardize requirements management processes for Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) training environments.
  • Oversee the development of in-house requirements management and deficiency reporting tools.
  • Translate warfighter capability needs into actionable technical requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management.
  • Active Secret clearance is required.
  • DoD 8570.01 M-IAT II certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
  • Must be based in the USA and eligible to undergo a security investigation for classified information access.

Nice to have

  • Experience with US Air Force training programs and LVC environments.
  • Knowledge of modeling and simulation technologies.
  • PMP or PMI-ACP certifications.
  • Experience in process improvement and web-based tool implementation.
