What you will do

• Drive program progress across multiple client engagements, ensuring timeliness and effective resource utilization.
• Develop strategic delivery plans, including schedules, cost forecasting, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.
• Partner with internal operations and account teams to align service delivery strategies with client goals.
• Assign tasks to program team members and ensure timely completion or necessary escalation.
• Analyze and report on engagement budget, margin, and resource variance to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing Program, Project, or PMO role within a professional services organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing information security projects and cross-capability engagements.
• Expert-level knowledge of program management methodologies, best practices, and supporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive-level communication skills.
