TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 Annually USD

Global technology partner for corporate legal and compliance teams, specializing in background screening and consumer reporting services.

What you will do

  • Lead the Customer Success function to achieve budgeted quotas for recurring revenue retention.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies tailored to the regulatory and operational realities of the screening industry.
  • Manage and coach global retention teams to build a culture of accountability for sales and retention targets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to optimize turnaround times (TAT) and accuracy rates.
  • Serve as the executive escalation point for critical accounts and integrate Customer Success teams from acquired companies.
  • Partner with marketing to build customer advocacy through industry events like PBSA and thought-leadership content.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 5–10 years of experience in account management and customer success specifically within the background check/screening or consumer reporting industry.
  • Working knowledge of FCRA requirements and adjudication workflows.
  • Proven history of meeting retention objectives and building customer success operations models.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce and Excel.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating Customer Success teams following mergers or acquisitions.
  • Experience working in a PE-backed environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HRIS integrations common in the screening industry.
