What you will do

• Architect end-to-end integrations using APIs, webhooks, and embedded finance primitives.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close co-build and co-sell agreements with ISVs and strategic partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and GTM teams to design partnership strategies.
• Define and track integration success metrics such as adoption, usage, and partner-driven revenue.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between external partner engineering teams and internal hirify.global teams.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers related to rate limits, data model mismatches, and security.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partner sales, BD, or channel partnerships with ISV exposure.
• Strong proficiency in REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven architecture, and OAuth.
• Ability to design integration flows and data mappings (e.g., sequence diagrams) without writing production code.
• Proven track record of delivering quantifiable revenue impact or integration adoption.
• Ability to communicate complex technical constraints to C-suite stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for employment and benefits.

Nice to have

• Previous experience at a fintech or embedded-finance company.
• Experience working with ERP, accounting, procurement, or spend-management platforms.
• Success in co-sell or partner-driven GTM motions.
• Familiarity with financial workflows like expense management and bookkeeping.
