TL;DR

Senior Manager, Voice of Customer (CX Insights): Leading the Voice of Customer program to anchor company strategy to customer experience with an accent on NPS strategy, executive storytelling, and data-driven insights. Focus on translating complex customer data into actionable narratives for senior leadership and managing a team of analysts.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office). Must be based in Denver, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Phoenix, or Las Vegas.

Salary: $140,815 – $215,430 per year

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end Voice of Customer (VOC) program, from measurement design to insight delivery and action tracking.
  • Lead and coach a team of up to 3 analysts, developing their skills in critical analysis and executive communication.
  • Drive NPS strategy and reporting to ensure metrics are tied to meaningful business outcomes.
  • Craft and deliver executive-level storytelling to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-functional reviews with product, engineering, and design teams to align on customer priorities.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate reporting workflows and accelerate insight generation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in voice of customer, CX insights, or customer research.
  • 5+ years of experience working with and influencing executive teams.
  • Proven people management experience with a track record of developing analysts.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for C-suite audiences.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interrogate data critically.
  • AI fluency: active integration of AI tools into professional workflows.
  • Must be based in one of the specified US office locations.
