What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 analysts across Growth, Product, and Central BI.
• Define measurement and experimentation strategies, including A/B testing, causal inference, and synthetic controls.
• Perform high-stakes analysis to isolate treatment effects from confounders and model retention impact.
• Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable narratives for technical and executive audiences.
• Establish analytical standards and best practices to ensure reproducibility and catch errors.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to provide thought leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business analytics or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience managing analysts or data scientists, including code review and career growth planning.
• Advanced knowledge of experiment design, randomization, sample size, and threats to validity.
• Proficiency in causal inference methods and balancing speed versus statistical rigor.
• Ability to communicate complex insights via dashboards, slides, and notebooks.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to independently scope problems in ambiguous environments.
