What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle executive searches for Director-level roles and above with a focus on speed and quality.
• Utilize AI tools and modern sourcing technology to accelerate pipeline development and reduce time-to-slate.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders on business strategy, organizational design, and leadership needs.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor moves, talent availability, and compensation trends.
• Manage complex offer negotiations and ensure a premium candidate experience.
• Mentor peers within the talent acquisition organization and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with significant depth in executive search (agency or in-house).
• Proven track record of hiring diverse leaders at the Director level and above.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and recruiting technology to improve search outcomes.
• Strong ability to influence senior executives through market insight and credibility.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology environments strongly preferred.
