What you will do

• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and proposing hypotheses to improve key metrics.
• Manage the full experimentation lifecycle, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, and validation.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and apply causal inference methods to assess product changes.
• Monitor, detect, and investigate anomalies or deviations in product and business performance.
• Build and optimize dashboards and reporting systems for ongoing product visibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable recommendations to product and marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product analytics and experimental design.
• Solid foundation in mathematical statistics and causal inference methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, segmentation, and regression modeling.
• Strong SQL skills, including window functions and query optimization.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Apache Superset.
• Strong proficiency in both Russian and English (written and spoken).
