What you will do

• Deliver regular reporting on financial performance including KPIs, ARR, business cash flow, and revenue trends.
• Lead the development and execution of an AI-enabled analytics roadmap within FP&A to drive automation in forecasting and reporting.
• Build and maintain self-service analytics capabilities and Power BI dashboards to reduce ad hoc data requests.
• Standardize data definitions and reporting templates to ensure consistency and trust in financial information.
• Translate complex reporting requirements from business partners into scalable, reusable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Datarails or similar FP&A planning tools.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (D365) or other ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating financial data.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms such as Copilot for Microsoft 365 or Claude.
