What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between internal platforms and SaaS applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions.
• Own the integration architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of all connectivity points.
• Administer and optimize core IT systems including Microsoft 365 (Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune), Okta, and AWS.
• Build automated workflows and data pipelines to reduce manual effort and enable real-time data sharing across business units.
• Collaborate with Security and Engineering teams to ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO-27001, and PCI-DSS standards.
• Mentor junior IT staff and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API inventories and architecture diagrams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT engineering with a strong focus on systems integration and API development.
• Deep proficiency with REST APIs, authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, JWT), and tools like Postman.
• Proven experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms such as Okta, Workday, Salesforce, Slack, and Atlassian.
• Basic proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Node.js for automation.
• Strong administration experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Must be based in the United States.
