Senior Systems Engineer (Windows/Linux)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; hybrid with an expectation of 3–5 days per week on-site

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and operationalize studio IT systems and infrastructure.
• Administer Linux and Windows Server and Desktop environments, high-performance networks, and shared storage systems.
• Respond to critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement remediation for complex systems, hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Design and implement highly available, scalable solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Evaluate and integrate SaaS/PaaS services, automation tools, and monitoring solutions.
• Create operational documentation and contribute to IT budgeting and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure and systems administration projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure, systems administration, scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience installing, configuring, and operating Microsoft Windows Server environments, with foundational Linux knowledge.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory and familiarity with SAML and OIDC authentication protocols.
• Experience with or exposure to Okta, plus strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bellevue 3–5 days per week and participate in on-call support as needed.

• Experience in media, entertainment, or gaming.
