What you will do

• Develop and maintain studio IT systems and infrastructure to maximize software and game development iteration speed.
• Serve as the primary responder for critical IT systems issues, including participating in an on-call rotation.
• Design and implement highly available, scalable solutions across Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Manage high-performance networking and shared storage environments.
• Collaborate with organizational partners to analyze, specify, and document requirements for large-scale project workloads.
• Produce high-quality operational documentation, including environment diagrams and detailed configuration instructions.

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in infrastructure and systems administration.
• Proficiency with scripting, automation tools, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices.
• Hands-on experience installing and configuring Microsoft Windows Server environments with foundational Linux knowledge.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, SAML, and OIDC authentication protocols (experience with Okta is a plus).
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and diagnose complex systems and network issues.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Bellevue, WA.
