What you will do
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Research target accounts to tailor outreach for independent jewellers and retailers.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Qualify inbound leads and coordinate handoffs to the Account Executive team.
- Manage the pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing and AEs to refine messaging and test new sequences.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SMB SaaS or marketplaces.
- Proven cold calling experience and comfort with daily high-volume outbound activity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt pitches on the fly.
- Resilience, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset.
- Organized approach to pipeline management and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in the jewellery industry, luxury goods, or marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM for pipeline management.
- Knowledge of B2B e-commerce or two-sided platforms.
- Proficiency in European languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch.
