What you will do

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Research target accounts to tailor outreach for independent jewellers and retailers.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Qualify inbound leads and coordinate handoffs to the Account Executive team.
  • Manage the pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing and AEs to refine messaging and test new sequences.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SMB SaaS or marketplaces.
  • Proven cold calling experience and comfort with daily high-volume outbound activity.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt pitches on the fly.
  • Resilience, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Organized approach to pipeline management and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the jewellery industry, luxury goods, or marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM for pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of B2B e-commerce or two-sided platforms.
  • Proficiency in European languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch.
