What you will do

  • Generate new business through outbound cold calling, personalized email outreach, and social selling.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with observability solutions.
  • Partner with Account Executives to research target accounts and create tailored outreach strategies.
  • Manage and nurture early-stage opportunities to grow the prospect pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German or French (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proven experience in a prospecting role with a strong emphasis on outbound success.
  • Ability to perform daily outbound cold calls as a primary function of the role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Resilient attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and 6sense.
  • Track record of success in creating and managing outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an interest in technical solutions.
