Salary: £27,000–£30,000

(via SRVO) is a Chartered Surveying and Property Consultancy delivering building surveying, project management, and advisory services across the UK.
What you will do
- Manage and update the CRM system, including creating opportunities, projects, and invoices.
- Coordinate inspection schedules and handle diary management for the surveying team.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client enquiries, producing proposals and reports.
- Track and follow up on quotations to support business development and forecasting.
- Prepare data and reports to assist senior management in decision-making.
- Support the administration and compliance monitoring of the ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
Requirements
- Solid administrative experience with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Confidence in managing a varied workload and meeting tight deadlines.
- Professional communication skills for interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK (documentary evidence required).
Nice to have
- Background in property management, building surveying, or professional services.
- Previous experience with CRM or sales management systems.
- Experience assisting with business development or managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality system administration.
