What you will do

  • Provide administrative support and assistance for ICP Residential projects.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation in accordance with procedures to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Complete DNO and IDNO applications to ensure compliance with NERS accreditation.
  • Manage customer service levels and take ownership of complaints according to company policy.
  • Liaise with local councils and authorities to secure section 50 applications for project delivery.
  • Utilize SAP online systems for purchase order creation and invoice processing.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Working knowledge of customer service and guarantees of service requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PC-based computer systems and data interpretation skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Stoke-On-Trent depot.

  • Understanding of EIS Utility Solutions.
  • General appreciation of the DNO & IDNO networks.
