What you will do
- Provide administrative support and assistance for ICP Residential projects.
- Prepare and manage project documentation in accordance with procedures to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Complete DNO and IDNO applications to ensure compliance with NERS accreditation.
- Manage customer service levels and take ownership of complaints according to company policy.
- Liaise with local councils and authorities to secure section 50 applications for project delivery.
- Utilize SAP online systems for purchase order creation and invoice processing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role with a strong focus on customer service.
- Working knowledge of customer service and guarantees of service requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in PC-based computer systems and data interpretation skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Stoke-On-Trent depot.
