Salary: £30,201 - £31,790

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end resident experience, including viewings, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Conduct mid-term and void property inspections and draft detailed inventories.
• Perform Right to Rent checks and guide customers through the application process.
• Ensure all buildings comply with health & safety requirements and fire risk assessments.
• Collaborate with developers, management companies, and internal teams to meet asset and tenancy targets.
• Serve as the local representative for the centralized property management team to verify work quality.

Requirements

• Experience in residential property inspections, lettings, or property management.
• UK driving licence and ability to travel within the designated region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as a lone worker.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
