What you will do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, including infrastructure, utilities, and building development.
• Manage contractor procurement, selection, and performance to ensure project objectives are met.
• Coordinate design implementation and ensure constructability through partnership with design and operational teams.
• Lead construction sequencing, scheduling, and risk mitigation to meet opening commitments.
• Maintain rigorous document control, quality reporting, and budget tracking throughout the project.
• Ensure full compliance with UK construction regulations, CDM standards, and EHS policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management required (Master’s preferred).
• Significant experience in large-scale infrastructure and construction management.
• Must be based in the UK with the ability to travel regularly across the country.
• Familiarity with UK construction contracting methodologies, specifically NEC contracts.
• Proven ability to manage fast-track programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate with public agencies and stakeholders.
