What you will do

• Lead and mentor the site-based HSE team to drive performance and foster a strong safety culture.
• Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans in collaboration with operational management.
• Conduct onsite HSE audits and inspections to ensure compliance with legislation and company standards.
• Manage incident investigations, including root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Engage with client HSE personnel and internal stakeholders to maintain high safety standards.
• Deliver onsite HSE training and disseminate information on new regulations and initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based onsite in Carrington, UK
• Proven experience in auditing, inspection, and incident investigation.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and CDM Regulations.
• Experience within the industrial services or petrochemical sector.
• NEBOSH General Certificate required; NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ 5 preferred.
• Grad IOSH status.

• NVQ 5 or NEBOSH Diploma.
