What you will do

• Direct multi-disciplinary project teams including Universal Creative, Finance, and Operations.
• Oversee project safety, site logistics, and compliance with EHS and statutory requirements.
• Manage the planning and execution of enabling infrastructure, including public roadways, bridges, and rail station developments.
• Maintain project budget, schedule, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Ensure rigorous document control and adherence to project procedures across all phases.
• Provide leadership and professional development guidance to internal and external project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Management or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods for roadways and rail structures.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and third-party developers.
• Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project, Excel, and PDF tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Bedford, UK, with regular travel across the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
• SIA licensing or relevant executive security certifications.
