What you will do

• Lead the delivery of MEP packages and projects from a cost management and quantity surveying perspective.
• Manage the commercial and contractual performance of high-profile, high-value, and complex projects.
• Perform pre and post contract quantity surveying and strategic cost planning.
• Handle procurement, contract administration, financial reporting, and risk management.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on budget.
• Conduct benchmarking, market intelligence, and contribute to systems and process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a similar technical discipline.
• Chartered via RICS or another relevant professional body, or actively studying toward it.
• Proven experience in MEP Cost Management, preferably within a consultancy or specialist MEP firm/contractor.
• Strong technical delivery experience and a track record of managing project deadlines.
• Effective stakeholder management skills with a focus on developing client accounts.
