What you will do

• Lead and mentor HSE Advisors on the Highview - Carrington LAES project to drive a positive safety culture.
• Develop and implement site HSE plans in collaboration with operational management and the Regional HSE Manager.
• Conduct frequent site monitoring, inspections, and auditing to ensure legal compliance.
• Manage incident investigations and implement root cause analysis to mitigate future risks.
• Provide CDM (Construction Design and Management) advice and guidance to the project management team.
• Collaborate closely with the Client HSE team to maintain and align high safety standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading HSE teams in complex, safety-critical industrial environments.
• Deep knowledge of CDM Regulations during the construction phase.
• Proven track record in incident investigation, safety coaching, and delivering toolbox talks.
• Ability to develop and maintain site KPIs and safety control loops.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Carrington, UK
