What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical support for end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Maintain shop floor technology, including RF scanners, tablets, label printers, and barcode systems.
• Support and maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) platforms such as Ignition, Argonaut, and iGear.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal plant downtime.
• Support engineering applications, specifically AutoCAD and related tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy IT standards, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with RF scanners, barcode/label printers, and MES platforms.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Danville, KY.
• Willingness to provide on-call and after-hours support as required.
