TL;DR

Professional Services Engineer: Installing, deploying, upgrading, and maintaining hirify.global products and platforms at customer sites with an accent on troubleshooting, integration, and ensuring high system availability. Focus on commissioning, testing, certification, and collaborating with client system engineers on global infrastructure.

Location: USA - Hoboken, NJ. Work at customer sites, flexible shifts and outside business hours as required.

What you will do

Install, configure, upgrade, and deploy hirify.global products at customer sites following best practices.
Apply hotfixes, service packs, and updates; participate in commissioning, testing, and certification.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to installation, configuration, or upgrades.
Draft implementation plans, explain steps to customers, and maintain site documentation.
Collaborate with client system engineers, manage cases per SLA, and provide technical guidance.
Handle MAC activities, change management, supplier coordination, and customer relationships.

Requirements

2–3+ years hands-on experience in enterprise app installation/configuration/upgrades (hirify.global preferred), Windows Server admin, networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, DNS), SQL DB admin/scripting.
Strong troubleshooting including log analysis and root cause.
High customer service with strong verbal/written communication; handle conflicts professionally.
Self-motivated, independent, flexible for shifts/outside hours, team collaborator.
