Professional Services Engineer

What you will do

• Install, configure, deploy, upgrade, and maintain hirify.global products and platforms.
• Apply hotfixes, service packs, and product updates according to hirify.global best practices.
• Prepare implementation and upgrade plans, including pre-check and post-check procedures.
• Participate in commissioning, testing, certification, MAC activities, and change management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues through log analysis, root cause identification, and SLA-based case remediation.
• Collaborate with customer system engineers, suppliers, third-party representatives, and internal teams to support integrated solutions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, and upgrading enterprise applications; hirify.global product experience is preferred.
• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server and working with LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, and routing.
• SQL database administration and scripting experience, including queries, stored procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, root cause identification, written communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with medium to large cross-functional teams, and manage customer expectations.
• Flexibility to work shifts and outside standard business hours when required.

• Experience with VoIP, CTI, and telephony systems such as Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys.
• Familiarity with PBX, ACD, and CTI integrations.
• MCSE, MCP, networking, database, or telephony certifications.
