What you will do

• Support daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and implementing sustainable process improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and cost reduction projects.
• Develop and document manufacturing processes using Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, and Standard Work.
• Implement and optimize machining, assembly, and automation processes through data-driven analysis.
• Manage new equipment launches, including specification, procurement, installation, and validation.
• Utilize problem-solving methodologies like 8D and 5 Whys to address internal and customer concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, reading blueprints, and interpreting GD&T.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 tools and automation systems.
• Ability to work on the plant floor for extended periods and flexibility to support off-shift or weekend activities.
