What you will do
- Analyze and resolve complex manufacturing problems through root cause analysis.
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment for assigned areas.
- Collaborate with Product and Assembly Process Engineering to ensure testing systems integrate with the production line.
- Develop Statement of Requirements and conduct technical evaluations of suppliers for testing systems.
- Supervise machine building and coordinate runoff, validation, and final installation at GM facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Quality Launch Lead, Quality Group Leader, Quality Customer Satisfaction Lead, or related occupation.
- 5 years of experience in data analysis using Bauer and QS-STAT.
- Proficiency in Test Machine Design using Teamcenter and AutoCAD.
- Experience in Project Management and Test Sequencing Development.
