TL;DR

Lifecycle CRM Manager (EdTech): Designing and implementing retention and referral systems to reduce churn and drive growth with an accent on trigger-based communication and student lifecycle optimization. Focus on building scalable referral mechanisms and personalized onboarding flows to increase student LTV.

Location: Fully remote, must be based in Spain

What you will do

  • Design and launch onboarding communication flows to reduce early churn and establish learning habits.
  • Build intelligent trigger-based sequences for student reactivation and motivation.
  • Develop communication strategies to proactively reduce refund rates.
  • Segment the user database to deliver targeted messages via email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
  • Build and scale a systematic referral channel for acquiring new students through existing ones.
  • Test referral mechanics and offers to create repeatable, scalable growth solutions.

Requirements

  • English: Fluent (C1) required.
  • Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different segments and funnels.
  • Strategic thinking capability and high operational discipline.
  • Spanish: Knowing the language is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus.
