What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and engage influencers and affiliates across various social media platforms.
• Build and scale a structured pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
• Lead internal and external negotiations to close high-impact deals.
• Analyze partner performance data to translate insights into tailored, data-driven partnership strategies.
• Deepen existing partner relationships through regular touchpoints, on-site visits, and event participation.
• Plan, run, and optimize end-to-end partner marketing campaigns and report on results.

Requirements

• Proven track record in digital performance marketing and partnership management (influencer, affiliate, sales, and B2B).
• High proficiency in reading performance data across dashboards and analytics platforms.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot.
• Strong communication skills for pitching, presenting, and building genuine long-term relationships.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel to meet partners in person and represent the company at events.
