What you will do

• Define and execute the offline DACH marketing and events strategy, managing a local budget for pipeline and ARR impact.
• Plan and run monthly offline formats, including proprietary roundtables, exclusive VIP dinners, and major trade shows.
• Adapt brand tone for the DACH market to ensure precision and credibility for finance leaders.
• Scout and secure presences at major finance congresses and local treasury meetups.
• Manage regional award submissions and local PR opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
• Design targeted offline experiences to help sales break into high-value mid-market accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, event management, or tech corporate hospitality.
• Native German speaker.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Strong project management skills and ability to track event ROI.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Berlin, Munich, or Madrid.

• Previous experience within Fintech, Next-Gen Finance, or ERP ecosystems.
