Country Manager (iGaming)

Country Manager (DACH) / Germany, Austria, Switzerland

Dicebet is looking for a Country Manager to lead and scale the business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We are looking for an experienced professional with deep knowledge of iGaming, strong analytical skills, and proven commercial success to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the market growth strategy for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Improving product and business metrics
• Drive P&L management, unit economics, and overall market profitability
• Work closely with product, CRM, payments, affiliate, retention, and acquisition teams to improve performance
• Define priorities for localization, promotions, payment methods, offers, and user experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in iGaming
• 2+ years of experience in a Country Manager role (DACH)
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large volumes of data
• Ability to connect analytics, commercial goals, and product decisions into one operating model
• English - C1, Russian - native
• German will be a strong advantage
