What you will do

• Design, implement, and improve secure and scalable workplace and identity platforms.
• Act as the technical owner for key IT platforms including M365, Azure, Entra ID, Jira, and Confluence.
• Lead technical delivery for automation initiatives and operational improvements.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and service restoration.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, Networking, and Platform Engineering teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Develop clear technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Solid experience in IT services or systems engineering within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong operational experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Linux.
• Hands-on administration of Jira Software and Confluence, including workflows and automation.
• Expertise in identity platforms (Entra ID, Okta), including SSO and RBAC.
• Proficiency in automating tasks using PowerShell or Python.
• Location: Must be based in London (Canary Wharf) for a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office).

Nice to have

• Experience delivering IT transformation or automation projects.
• Familiarity with zero-trust security principles and architecture.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Entra, or Atlassian.
• Experience configuring VDI solutions such as AWS Workspaces or Citrix.
