What you will do

• Deliver high-level visibility into quota attainment, pipeline health, and win/loss trends for senior commercial managers.
• Act as the primary analytical point of contact for global Sales Leadership to influence commercial strategy and territory planning.
• Collaborate across Marketing, BI, Finance, and Product teams to ensure a single source of truth for revenue data.
• Analyze multi-dimensional datasets to identify correlations between business activities and long-term revenue growth.
• Refine sales forecasting models in close coordination with FP&A.
• Oversee Salesforce data integrity and implement architectural insights to automate reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Finance.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering insights to C-level leadership and Sales VPs.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI and Spark SQL for Databricks.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including ability to read P&L and Balance sheets.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time, flexible capacity.
