TL;DR

Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead (SaaS): Defining and executing GTM strategy to scale the revenue engine with an accent on funnel optimization, operating rhythms, and data-driven decision making. Focus on eliminating manual work through AI and automation, optimizing the tech stack, and leading high-impact analyses to drive business growth.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in the United States or United Kingdom.

Salary: $202,680 – $335,000 per year

What you will do

  • Partner with GTM leaders to define and drive revenue strategy across segments, geographies, and motions.
  • Translate business goals into actionable plans, metrics, and operating structures.
  • Lead high-impact analyses on segmentation, coverage, and funnel performance to drive strategic decisions.
  • Own and evolve core operating rhythms, including forecasting, QBRs, and pipeline reviews.
  • Build and scale processes, systems, and data models to increase GTM effectiveness.
  • Integrate AI and automation to reduce manual effort, speed up insights, and increase team leverage.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, or Sales Strategy with GTM strategy exposure.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring others in a player-coach capacity.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce and modern GTM tooling.
  • Strong ability to derive clear recommendations from complex, messy data.
  • Must be based in the US or UK.
