Location: Hybrid. Must be based in the United States or United Kingdom.
Salary: $202,680 – $335,000 per year

What you will do
- Partner with GTM leaders to define and drive revenue strategy across segments, geographies, and motions.
- Translate business goals into actionable plans, metrics, and operating structures.
- Lead high-impact analyses on segmentation, coverage, and funnel performance to drive strategic decisions.
- Own and evolve core operating rhythms, including forecasting, QBRs, and pipeline reviews.
- Build and scale processes, systems, and data models to increase GTM effectiveness.
- Integrate AI and automation to reduce manual effort, speed up insights, and increase team leverage.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, or Sales Strategy with GTM strategy exposure.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring others in a player-coach capacity.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce and modern GTM tooling.
- Strong ability to derive clear recommendations from complex, messy data.
- Must be based in the US or UK.
